1. The Cleaner accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to the garments arising out of fire, theft, riot or any other similar unforeseen cause
2. Practically it is not always possible to note cuts, holes scratches, stains at the time of undertaking. If such defects become apparent during the process the remarks of the workshop incharge will be final and legally binding on the customer
3. Every effort is made to deliver the garments in time but if due to some uncontrollable circumstances the delivery is delayed the customer shall not be entitled for any compensation or deduction in the charges, whatsoever.
4. Every article must be taken delivery of within one month. After the expiry of one month the customer shall have to pay 10% extra cleaning charges which will become double in the second month and three times in the third month and so on
5. If the articles are not taken delivery of and all charges paid within 3 months after receipt of clothes, the customer shall forfeit his right to claim the articles. The cleaner can utilize, give, sell, exchange or deal in any other way with such garments at will
6. In the event of misdelivery, loss or damage to any garment, the cleaner will have the option of either repairing it or replacing the garment with any other garment from the forfeited stock, but the liability of the cleaner for the loss or injury of any kind shall not exceed in any case ten times the value charged for cleaning of the said article or 20% of the cost of article whichever is less.
7. Whereas it will always be the endeavour of the cleaner to remove all stains but still removal of all stains shall always not be guaranteed & customer shall not be entitled to any reduction in charges for the same.
8. The cleaners reserve the right in customer's own interest to dye or wash any garment undertaken for drycleaning or vice versa and charge the full rate.
9. The firm shall not be responsible for the breakage of buttons, beads, etc. which might take-place during cleaning or pressing process.
